All purchases made through EDMARK South Africa are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, the products become the property of the customer.

⚠️ Important: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products purchased through our website or offices.

All EDMARK products are sealed, certified, and quality-controlled at the point of sale. We guarantee that every product shipped is:

✅ Within its shelf-life / expiry date
✅ Compliant with GMP, HALAL, and DSA certifications

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if the claim is validated.

4. Why No Returns?

EDMARK products are health supplements and personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, once these products leave our facility, we cannot accept them back. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of products for all our customers.
